I build social systems that make nerds do hard things.

Hackathons, games, communities and AI tools. Weird formats that make people move.

People and systems Venn diagram A hand-drawn Venn diagram labeled people and systems, with me pointing to the overlap.

Proof of work

The pattern is pretty consistent: take something awkward, scary or boring, turn it into a social mechanic, and get people to actually do the thing.

LATIN HACK

latinhack.io

15 days, 6 IRL hubs, 3 languages, mentors, office hours, teams, chaos. We got confirmation two weeks before launch and still built the platform, distribution tracking and ops dashboard while the hackathon was already moving.

NERDCONF

nerdconf.com

Started as an ~80-person event in my hometown. Turned into a LATAM builder community across Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Uruguay. The core promise was always simple: leave knowing someone who can change your life.

NERD BINGO

nerdbingo.com

A live game where users have to try a sponsor product to play. Not impressions, not vibes: completed actions. One client generated $4.5k, renewed for 3 months, and the product reached 1.2k users.

Aerospace Community in Argentina

mars.argentina

Space has been one of my longest-running rabbit holes. It pushed me into technical communities, big-picture ambition and the kind of problems that make normal career advice feel too small. Exact proof text coming soon.

Playbook

A founder copilot for the messy stage before momentum is obvious. It reads founder stories, extracts patterns and turns them into evidence-backed 7-day growth experiments.

How I tend to build

  1. 01

    I find the uncomfortable action.

  2. 02

I wrap it in a game, ritual or community.

  3. 03

I build enough software and ops to make it repeatable.

  4. 04

I turn the proof into the next product.

Now

  • Building Playbook, a founder copilot for the stage before the idea is obvious.
  • Running NERDCONF experiments around sponsor activation, games and product adoption.
  • Learning how AI agents can turn messy founder ambition into working systems.
